Packed gold Ronaldo and gold Vitinha twice

I have been on live chat for a numerous of hours trying to get some help on this but they keep saying they can’t help me but I packed gold Ronaldo on the 16th June 1-3am and gold Vitinha 1am and also 5:30pm and these orange man of the match cards went out of packs 16th June 6pm I don’t know what to do, I even had an advisor in one of the chats even admitting after looking at my account that I packed gold Vitinha when his motm card was in packs then he ended the chat straight away. Is this normal for ea? How do I get compensation from this?
