Packed wrong player version

Question

hello, I came back to this game after couple of years bc of the ea play and when tots ultimate were still in the packs I've Packed gold Lewandowski &amp; Koulibaly. I believe it's a bug and I'm not sure where to report this. I've opened a case on ea help but it was resolved without explanation. Also I cannot access the web app so I'm not sure if there's other way to seek help there. On top of that I haven't received my supercharge pack after acquiring it in xbox store perks. Thanks in advance for any help&nbsp;

Hello dkaczmarekea​&nbsp;I checked to see who was included in the ultimate TOTS and although Lewandowsk did have a TOTS item, it was not included in the ultimate TOTS squad. Koulibaly was not featured in TOTS.&nbsp;As for the app, it can be downloaded for free on your mobile device, the purpose being so that you always have access to it. However, it is not an alternative way to seek assistance from EA help, just a way to always have access to your ultimate team, in almost every way except playing matches.&nbsp;The last part I cannot answer.&nbsp;All the best to you!
