Packs are a scam?

I have bought every single promo pack available this season.

If i sell everything i have im sitting at around 400k and a mediocre squad of untradeables. 

I packed 3 promo cards in this latest promo, the 3 lowest rated possible. 

Why do they do this? 

Do they not realize that this will stop me from buying any more packs in the future when its just a big scam? 

Do they not realize that if the packs were worth it more people would be buying them? 

I have spent so much money on packs this season and i have literally NOTHING to show for it, i cant even do SBC's because i dont have fodder for them, i did the Morgan one but that one is also a scam as she has 87 dribbling but moving her is like navigating a refrigerator around the pitch. 

I now understand why every single streamer and youtuber advertise buying coins instead of packs, packs are just never ever worth it.
