PC to PS5 Web App Question

I currently play FC 25 on PC. If I buy FC 25 on my PS5, and link it to the same account as my PC, will I be able to choose which platform to use the web app for, and by extension switch back and forth? Or how does it work? Thanks in advance. 

EDIT: Just want to add more context if it wasn't already clear enough. I want to buy the game on PS5, and link that to my existing EA account which I use to play FC 25 on PC. I know there is no cross-progression, I just want to know how it works with the web app because I use the web app very often, and would use it for both platforms if possible.
