Re: Permanent ban

Hi,
My account [roger5151] on FC25 got a permanent online ban (EC:10901). The same morning I kept getting disconnected by the servers every time I tried to join matches. I have never used third‑party tools, coin buying/selling, win‑trading, or modified files.
Could a CM please advise and escalate a manual review to TOS?
