Re: Permanent ban

I logged into Ultimate Team today and tried to complete an SBC, but I encountered an error. I tried a couple more times — still didn’t work. Then I logged out and waited about 2 hours. When I logged back in, I saw that I had received a permanent ban. I’m hoping this can be reviewed and lifted, as I checked the forums and saw that many other users are experiencing the same issue.
