That's disappointing if true. I thought the max 1 ps+ criteria would only limit if a player can even start the evo not the result.
It is true. if an evolution says "max 1 ps+" and you already have this a ps+ you do not get the new one, not even the basic version of it.
We would be seeing 3 ps+ players at this point if this was not the case and the power curve would be insane.
I guess that kinda makes sense but just wish it was better communicated. Also, I think it would only be good for the power curve to make more low rated players competitive.

They have mentioned this in detail in their launch update.
They have given Introduction to stats limit evo in the first week of the game.
On each level of evos, they are highlighting upgrades and limits against each stat and attributes.
What else would you suggest for better communication?Simply writing the max number of ps+ a player can recieve. Now it can be understood as a criteria to start the evo.
And I don't think they highlight the ps+ upgrade limit on the evo levels.
