Player disappeared

Question

Hey EA, so i just finished the Desire doue sbc, and I put him in my squad yesterday before i went to sleep, now when i checked my team, he was nowhere to be seen. I looked for him in my club, my quick sell recovery, literally looked for him everywhere hes no where i cant find him. I need your help in finding out what went wrong or what got corrupted in my account

Restart the game and check again.
If you still don't find a card in the club, quicksell recovery, then check with family/friends who have access to your account.
The last possibility is - you must have accidentally submitted into SBC without realizing it.

No one has my account and i didnt do any sbc other than him. when i checked my team the today, he wasnt even a concept, he just wasnt there like I never even completed him. When i checked with the companion app the card is completed but the cards details isnt loading. I mean like i can see through the sbc menu that it’s completed, but the card itself isnt loading in the sbc menu
