Playstyle not reflecting on Evo player

Hey EA,I have been recommended to post this here and connect with you.i completed the Renato Sanchez eco, through the octopus(paid evo) and box to box. Upon completing them he was supposed to have the holding ++ playstyle and upon completing this, it hasn’t reflect on his card, which is really frustrating considering it has also ended now. I raised this through ea help and after weeks they have gotten back to me saying to post it here! Can someone please help me or refund what I spent on this evo please? This is becoming absurd..I have attached all pics here for your reference and would appreciate it if someone can help me..

@izzzrauf Roles, attributes, skill moves gathered through evolution have some visual glitches on the App. Please check the console/PC in the game. You will correctly see your evolved card.

Also, holding ++ is not a playstyle, it is a role.

Just to confirm, since Renato has been upgraded to an 84 with the holding role, does that mean I can't use him for the new 'Great Guti' evolution in his current state? If that's the case, do you think there might be future evolutions where I can build on his current 84 rating and role?

I’m coming back to FC 25 after a long break, so I’m still catching up on how the new evolutions work.

@izzzrauf The 'Great Guti' evolution has a requirement of max 82 rated. So your Renato won't fit into this evolution. There will be a future evolution where an 84 rated card will be fit, so you can evolve him further.

Also, just FYI, the 'Great Guti' evolution is an expensive one. So don't waste coins/points if you have a limited balance.

Hace the same problem here. Evo Endrick should have 3 more playstyles that doesnt show on the card. Got fixed?
