Playtime Keeps Reseting - 600 Games 240 hours no Webapp

Hello,

I already have a open case about this but this is getting crazy and no one seems to be able to help me so I am deciding to post it here as well. I have over 240 game hours and almost 600 ultimate team games played. My playtime depsite playing so many games always shows 0 activity or no games played across the board. I believe this is the reason why I have been unable to access the webapp and it has been incredibly frustrating. I dont know what else I need to do to gain access to this app... its absolutely insane can someone help me out here?
