Unfortunately it is a somewhat connection based issue as i suffer the same thing. The issue is it isn't something the player can fix at their end. For whatever reason certain locations or accounts get effected more. I believe it is some form of lag compensation. I have a netduma 3 and recently they bought out a patch that improved stability and ping. My scores on this for ping and jitter are top notch yet my gameplay experiences in EAFC have got worse. If i turn the netduma off the gameplay improves a little but im still disadvantaged. If i play someone from Germany or France they have a huge advantage in terms of speed.
