Web app Transfer Market locked

Hey so i have been playing fc25 for like 3 months now, playing everyday, loggin in web app every or sometimes  every 2 days and i still havent unlocked transfer market on the web app. now you could say i should turn on playtime sharing, ive been playing with that setting turned on and nothings working, the game doesnt even counting my matches, my hours, and etc and that could be the problem why my transfer isnt unlocked yet. i tried everyvideo, contacted ea in email , nothings working i really could use some help.
