Please help! Ultimate Team glitch

Please help!! My son’s FC25 game on the switch keeps crashing after selecting ‘Ultimate Team’, without an error code. It just hangs on the background of the Ultimate Team menu.

Ive googled and tried: a hard reset of the Switch, removing game card, resetting the internet, logging on to the Companion App - creating a new team and deleting existing team. It’s been over 48 hours since trying all of that but it still won’t work.
