PLEASE HELP

Question

I can’t assign a keeper have tried everything, it will not allow me to play a game. It will come up with unable to connect to ea servers. But I’m online and can buy and sell players even play rush but can’t play any UT modes as I can’t assign a keeper. Have also tried on the companion app and will not work. Please help
