please make crossplay between nintendo switch and PC

i have been using fc25 ultimate team on my nintendo switch, and i got a PC but i cant transfer all my progress on my FUT account. i spent so much money on my account on my switch and im being held back by the lag and low fps on switch. is there anything anyone can do to get my FUT account to pc from switch?
