    The pre-order content isn't being released until September 20th.

I don’t understand where my pre-order content is, I already opened the game but I don’t have any of the packs

I haven’t received points or packs from pre order, seems a few people are having this problem, is there a solution? I waited until midnight (uk) and still the same problem today?
