Creating a new post in hopes that an EA representative will view / address this and not a random community member that will stamp my issue as addressed. Ultimate team player item and pre order content were not received when game was launched and I entered ultimate team no player item, need assistance

I haven’t gotten my heropack , and I bought it 18 aug
I am missing my hero pre order pack after pre ordering the game
I'm on Nintendo switch and mine hasn't appeared a message saying something about distribution issues came up and that I would receive it in game but I haven't gotten it yet. There was a qr code and when I scanned it it took me to a Trello page and that didn't say anything about my issue either
I've tried launching the game multiple times and still no sign of the extra bundle pack stuff.
