Pre Season Packs
Do I still get the pre season packs in eafc 25 if I changed platforms between eafc24 and 25?

@Mdlfngar Pre-Season packs are awarded starting October 10th
Hi was just wondering if all the rewards were meant to come out today as I only have an 80x10 and82x5
I recieved 3 out of the 5 packs I should have received. I am missing the 82x5 from the crafting upgrade and the 81x7 from the evo objective both of which I completed!
- @Kins_CAFC The packs are starting to be granted but it could take up to a month, hopefully we get them all sooner!

- @harry280210 The pre-season packs were coming out starting today -- presumably in waves and could take up to a month. Hopefully we all receive what we're due soon! <3
I have no packs is this because I haven’t logged In on the game today. I have already played the new game this year
- @personyperson They're being rolled out in waves, we'll have to wait to receive anything we're due

Are you joking? UP to a month? Please advise me to a support to get refund for this game. Unplayable and not trustfull. Please forward it to customer support so the contact me for a refund.
