Pre Season Packs
Do I still get the pre season packs in eafc 25 if I changed platforms between eafc24 and 25?

Will we be able to get them through the app or do we need to login via console can't remember how it was done last year
after content time I hav eonly received 2 Packs. I have done all objectives. This is a shame. How we are spending 100€ for a gamne that is bugged unplayable and we are not getting, that we were promised?
How is it possible to be worse and worse every Year?
missing packs,I received the hero loan, the 80x10, the 81x7 and 82x5. the rest are missing...
- @BPantherPT They're coming out in waves, lots of us are still missing packs. Hopefully we get them soon!
- @Izzy_FUT_Dubs ok, but the waves are per user, not per pack, right?
if I only get 3 packs when I've done all the objectives, then yes, there's clearly a problem that EA needs to solve.
- @id3h2h5hzoc4 The pre-season rewards were coming out starting today -- up to a month from then; they're coming out in waves. Hopefully, we get out packs soon!
