Premium Awards

I bought the premium ticket when I was level 34, but I can't get the premium rewards up to level 40 from the chiesa reward. It says -5000 xp under the chiesa. and it says 0 xp to get Ribery what should I do?

 

I can't get any of the premium rewards in this range.

    Hello atosTR27​ ,

    Could you quit Ultimate Team to go to the main menu and then the game. After that, just launch the game again and it should hopefully fix this issue.
