yeah its a bug that happens very rare times, happened to me not long back, I went through all there support chanels all you will find is #1 they dont care and will litterly blame your internet connection :D (no joke)
and then after debating and debating they will say "there is nothing we can do from this end" , honestly dealing with EA support is mental
