Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again

As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if a different network helps.
I've already done this, but the error still remains. I don't have any subscriptions, just a disk, could that be the reason?

I don't see why using the disk would cause this. Have you tried restoring your licenses with these steps?
