Problem CE-112837-2

Hello! My name is Maks, I’m from Russia and I have a problem. I can't play online ( error CE-112837-2) . restarted the router, tried different networks, reinstalled the game. What to do?? My email [edit: email address removed]

    Никак, ничего не помогает. Советы эти  вообще не решают ничего
