PS4 to PS5 ultimate team transfer

Transferred fc25 from ps4 to ps5 - logged in but none of my team/ points etc are available or showing. Is there any way of accessing my ultimate team?

    In this case, please reach out to our support team right here.

    They should be able to see what happened. Don't forget to write your PSN ID somewhere because they might need it to find the account.

Hello Otisash1 ,

I can confirm that the PS4 and PS5 Ultimate Team progression should be the same as long as it's the same PSN account as per this article.

So please make sure you are using the same PSN account that you used on PS4 and you should see your progress.

Have the same psn account, have transferred all data from ps4 to ps5 and logged into ea account but none of my progress is on the ps5.

is there anything I can do?
