It's funny I've got the exact same issue and even had a new account set up and EXACTLY as you've mentioned. Play was better and after a couple of days became really bad again. I've pretty much went through the exact trials you've had and very similar experiences!

But you can play the game ! My problem is way worse
@pawanwazza I don't think ea responds to any of these messages. I did the same thing 4 years ago vigorously and followed up with them every week. It's pretty much useless. The gameplay somehow has gotten worse with animations going crazy and not one pass or command works as expected without delay or animations. This game is dead from a casual player perspective, only the ppl who grind this for content or live near servers with a PC play this game. For console users, it's better to play something else and have a peace of mind
