Ps5 transfer market is currently unavailable in ultimate team

Hi I woke up and started playing fC25 on my ps5 and noticed I had players missing from my club so I went in the transfer market but it is unavailable can somebody please help me.

sorry I forgot to say I’m not banned and have been

    You should contact an advisor so they can investigate the missing players. Instructions for opening a case can be found here.

    As far as your market access goes, I'm a little confused by your statement. You said you're not banned, but have been. So, it sounds like you might be banned? If you are, please see the article here for more information as well as instructions for disputing the ban. Thank you.

    I have tried and I never get the live chat advisor just the bot that can’t help me. I have checked my ban status and I’m not banned so I’m hoping EA will finally sort out my problem

    It looks like we don't have chat available for missing content now unfortunately. So, you will need to go through email support for that.

    I’m not that bothered about my missing players I just want to use the transfer market again so I’m hoping EA will HELP ME

    Like I have said I have tried this and I have received no help so I’m sure there is a way a massive company like yours should be able to sort out this problem that I have

    @Hoostilroy 

    Do not choose the option to dispute a ban. You need to have the missing items investigated in order to reach an advisor. If you choose that option, you can send an email to support to have this investigated and discuss the market issue you're having.

    I’m not even sure how many players where taken from my account or how much coins where took either so would you not be able to give me the support email so I can just have a direct email to message

    There is no support email. You'll need to open a case. That is the only way to get in touch with an advisor.;
