Purchased FC Points for Xbox instead of PlayStation

I purchased FC25 Points for my son to use on his Ultimate team, however, I only realised after I got home its for Xbox and he plays on PlayStation. Is there any way to get this redeems on his PlayStation account instead? Store won't accept refunds even though I have not use the "gift card".
