hello since i started playing ultimate team again i found out about huge problem my rarities are totaly broken, for example my winter wildcards ze roberto has POTM-champions league rarity. I am now very angry because its impossible to contact ea through email and their ea help works like dead human. Please can some one help me
already tried to reinstall the game and it didnt work i am also playing on PC(steam)

Also, delete any potentially corrupted files and suad updates to re-download everything again.

i already tried everything i nothing helped, do you think it could be because mods i used for career mode few months ago ? and if yes should i delete the career mode profiles also??
Community ManagerMods may affect in-game files, so there is always a risk. Officially, those are not supported.
To reset your game, you can move the existing game save file from the following location to a different folder and see if that helps.
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
Also, delete the Persona Settings 1 profile after launching the game to reset everything.

I have the same issue as the original poster. Unfortunately copying the folder elsewhere and then deleting it, followed by deleting the personal profile in FC 25 has not worked for me.
Any other ideas?
