Re: FC 25 Companion/Web app transfer market won't unlock

Well  I think it’s not a franchise ban because on the fc 24 web app it used to say I’m banned till the end if that years title, so I will just continue playing, thanks for your help

i am having the same issue... do u have any estimate to how much time it may take?

Having the same issue playtime keeps resetting to 0 matches played. All was fine on 24 but here on 25 almost a month after release with no transfer market on the companion app.  

some sort of recognition from ea that this is a big would be nice as so far their customer service has been less than satisfactory. 

Mate I have been playing more than 150 games so far and still no access….

Just to state everything;

playing fifa since 1996

- fut since 14

- last year had a transfer market ban that was for the current title

- played all game modes on the new EA, including player, manager career, ultimate team; rush, rivals and squad battles daily, logged into app and webapp everyday, did numerous sbc.

So the only answer I get is; play more or I get a link to the 3-4 active days things.

Oh and I enabled playtime of course.

so anything else I can do??? Even bought packs through the store.

I have played 300 games and i still dont have acces to the transfermarket on the web app, and i played every game mode. The playtime feature is bugged, its says i only played 2 games, while i played over 300 FIX ThIs 

Hey other question did you turn on play time? And if you did is it on web app or on console and is it showing low playtime even tho i played x10 time?

Access to the transfer market will depend on account history and standing in addition to your playtime, so there is not a set amount of time or specific number of games that need to be completed for access to be automatically unlocked.

If you're on a new account it's likely you'll need to complete more full matches, but this will automatically unlock at a certain point. I'm afraid we're unable to manually grant access, but the system is still working normally to grant accounts access as they become eligible.
