Having the same issue playtime keeps resetting to 0 matches played. All was fine on 24 but here on 25 almost a month after release with no transfer market on the companion app.
some sort of recognition from ea that this is a big would be nice as so far their customer service has been less than satisfactory.

I have played 300 games and i still dont have acces to the transfermarket on the web app, and i played every game mode. The playtime feature is bugged, its says i only played 2 games, while i played over 300 FIX ThIs
- @bigshlongboely Its f ed up i got the same issue 1 week ago. My accounted got suspended for using tools or cheats even tho i dont use them i play the game and played every game mode didnt work 1 week still lock transfer market . EA FIX YOUR BUG!!!!!!!

- @Esheyinyarra it unlocked for me after like 2-3 weeks
- @ThunderMonster12 did they email u saying you got permenant suspension or no? What kinda suspension did they email you
- @Esheyinyarra i got a mail for ban for only fc 24 and since i didnt play too much fc 24 so i had to earn the access by playing fc 25
- @ThunderMonster12 just 1 quick thing i read somewhere that fc 25 matches started counting only after octuber 10 so for many it may unlock after some time
Hey other question did you turn on play time? And if you did is it on web app or on console and is it showing low playtime even tho i played x10 time?
