Hey @kpup275,

Fair question. This system has been reviewed and the concerns have been sent up to the team multiple times to check. 

Each time this has been reviewed we've confirmed that this is still working correctly. If you haven't received access it simply means you'll need to continue playing and completing full matches.

There is not a set number of games that must be played as this will vary from one account to the next depending on your account status and any prior history with the franchise.

    @EA_MakoFirst of all, thanks for the reply. I do not take it for granted.

    With regards to the issue, I have no bans. I don’t even play anything online except EA FC. So while I understand that a general diagnostic check returned results that showed the system working properly, there are clearly more than a few examples of paying customers that are precluded from enjoying this important UT feature. This thread is proof.

    For these few unfortunate souls, who spend their time and efforts seeking help, EA should create a support mechanism that checks their status specifically. Because, again, this is clearly a problem suffered by many.

    Can we set something up like that?

    Hi @kpup275,

    There are absolutely people in this thread that have not been granted access, yes.

    That does not mean the system is not working properly, however. That simply means, unfortunately, that not enough games have been completed on the account to provide the system enough info to grant access.

    As long as your account is in good standing, you'll simply need to keep playing. There is not a set number of required games, so simply not having access yet doesn't mean the system is broken.

  • So your telling me, there is a system in place that you developed but you don't know what the conditions are for the system? Your telling me it could work in 4 games or it could work in 4000 games? 

    I spend money every year to buy the ultimate edition and to buy FIFA points yet I get features took away from me on a clean account that has never been banned. All I want to do is be able to buy and sell players without being at home sat at my console. 

    Is that really such a big ask?

    Hi @saannor0209,

    It will vary from one account to the next, as it partially depends on your account history as well. That is why we can't give a specific number of games, it may vary.
  • Surely there should be a way for someone to be able to check these conditions for there individual account? I've never been banned, I even checked with an EA Help agent to make sure I wasn't missing something, I've never been banned and am not banned, I've played 6+ games per day for god knows how long. It's nothing to do with my account status, it's a bug with a bot that no one seems to want to fix. I just get the feeling from the numerous threads not only just about EA FC 25 but from previous versions too that we are just getting told to get on with it and accept that we aren't allowed the web app or the companion app.

    Thanks @EA_Mako. The problem is not the variance. The problem is the lack of uniformity and transparency. Why is one consumer granted basic and fundamental privileges before another, when both consumers paid the same price for the product and are using it the same way?

    We are not saying that “good” reasons don’t exist for the variance, we just want to know what makes for a “good” reason! And no one at EA can tell us!

    Why can’t there be a dedicated person that looks into individual complaints to see if a “good” reason exists for the delay or doesn’t? And if it doesn’t, then override it.

    Which part of this request is unreasonable or unattainable according to EA??
  • Just seems like bias to me. Favouring 1 part of there customer base to another. 

    I paid for the game, I've even spent money on FIFA points yet I still feel as though as a customer I'm not valued, basic access being took away from me for no fault of my own. 

    Stupid to be honest. Makes me wonder why I keep on playing the game when clearly they don't care. Not 1 person has been able to help me access something as simple as the transfer market on my companion app. What's even the point

  • play missions in UT foundation and login to web app at least one time, then transfer market will open, for me it took 10 days

    @oily_relief24 Yeah I have done. I've finished every single foundation objective.

    10 squad battles.
    Every nation in moments, all the beginners moments. More than 20 moments stars.
    I played 15+ rivals games
    I've played 6 rush games
    I've played 4 career mode games

    I don't know what else I can do tbh.
