@EA_Pulsar This is a screenshot from the web app on pc. FC Hub it is locked.
It’s not available on companion and web app. I did get a message about transferring coins but I think everyone gets that. I just want to access objectives as I haven’t got the game yet on console😤
Same problem… he’s locked
Hi, no only FC Hub is locked. No problems at the transfer market. Same problem at Companion App and Web App. I have signed off and login again, but still same problem.

Locked again after hours being unlocked for me!!

Any updates? How is this possible? Please support us.
It seems that It sometimes its locked and sometimes not.

Hey everyone,
our team has been looking into this issue with the FC Hub being locked on the Web and Companion App.
To clarify, it's required that you also already launched and played the game on your console/PC, otherwise the FC Hub won't be available for you.
If you own FC 25, please also make sure that you are logged in with your correct.
Otherwise, if all of that is the case, and you are still unable to access the FC Hub, please provide us with:- Gamertag/PSN ID/Username:
- Platform:
- Summary of Issue:
- Game version (digital download, box version, ultimate or standard):
- Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone):

i have a FC25 standard edition digital copy. I bought after playing the 10hrs trial play.
issues js same others, the FC hub was locked in both web app and companion app from Day 1. I tried all the remedy suggested by your team in this thread.
I am on EST timezone,

[Update]
Hey Everyone,
If you are still running into issues being locked on the Web and Companion App.
Please try the following:
- Close FC 25 (fully exit the application)
- Start FC 25 (note the exact date/time you do this)
- Attempt to go to the Season HUB
- If reproduced please close the game
If you can still reproduce this let us not the exact Date/Time you fully relaunched FC25 and ran into this issue.

I had follower your steps and the time stamps was 3:46pm eastern standard time.

How are EA not aware of this problem. The fact that there is an option for it to be blocked leads me to believe theyve done it on purpose.

I can’t access transfers on companion

Literally can’t do any transfers on the app even though I’ve had the game a week and tried multiple things

It seems like the issue is when you play on console, log out, and try to log into the companion app, it can’t authenticate you’ve logged out of console, so it locks the FC hub.
I’ve noticed that after 24 hours it starts to work again. Super annoying since I can’t claim rewards from objectives on console so I’ve had to resort to using the app but then this happens so it’s quite frustrating
