I've had the issue as well on both web app and companion.
I went to settings and changed my language to english and suddenly the fc hub and objectives are available.
Maybe something to try for you guys as well.

Is this even fixable or have i just spent £90 on a game to not even get the season pass. Please can someone help fix this lol
BTW how do you actually get in contact with ea? It seems almost impossible
currently for me, if i take rewards in objectives then the game froze; the FC hub in app will be locked.. btw, i on switch
Bro, i have the same issue on ps5, when i take rewards the game froze and i cant do anything, i must restart the game to be able to play it, and the fc hub is stil not available on web app and companion

Go to settings and set your language again and save.
This has worked on 2 different devices (android)
