Re: FC25 Rivals weekly reward missing

Same thing for me as a PC player. It must be some kind of bug due to the season change. I hope EA is giving us our rewards soon.

This has happened to me also, however other people logging in slightly later have received them..

Tried to open the rivals rewards on my phone and got the error message ‘failed to load’

I dIdnt get my rivals reward and i have a video proof of having 45 points and in DIV 1 
now im in DIV 2 with no rewards 

i grinded my * for the last 12 points just for this to happen.. pls just be a bug and give me my rewards! 

Neither did I same thing happened 

I grinded so hard for the last few hours and now no rewards. @EA is this a joke?? the fkin game is already in the worst state that any console player can imagine. Please get this fixed!! 

Btw there is also a game breaking bug on my Star Wars Jedi Survivor which I cant progress and its been a month without any respond/fix. Shame on you EA, may you soon follow the downfall like Blizzard, Ubisoft and other greedy companies!!!

i got the upgrade for div 4 rewards, but when i clicked on claim rewards it didnt give me anything, even though i clicked claim and had completed the upgrade.

so how do i fix it guys

Don't know man but i have the same issue div 4 45/45 points and no rewards, it didn't even showed me the claim rewards button it jost downgraded me to div 5 without a thing

i got 35 points in div 3. logged on just before 8 however after 8 i didn't receive any rewards and got reset to 0 points

So you are saying its just because we wanted our rewards soon?

ok so that doesnt mean u dont get to have the rewards i was div 2 when i cam on this morning wanted to claim my rewards and there was nothing and still havent gotten any btw 

While we wait for the rewards we deserve, the prices of the cards we want to buy are increasing. You are the cause of this problem and you are not doing anything to solve it.
