We wanted to confirm that all affected players will receive their correct Rivals rewards in-game in the coming days.
This includes the missing rewards from October 31st and November 28th.

There will be any compensation? 33 days passed by since the rewards. a lot of sbc for us couldnt be completed because of that
Thanks for finally confirming. Given it has somehow taken over a month, I can only assume we will also be receiving considerable compensation alongside the rewards we missed?
Finally, this is something we hope and wished for. Thank you EA, and thank you for all of the related team effort to fix this things up.
And yes, we deserved to be well compensate too. Because the expense it's on us, we missed lot of good promo nor event during that time of period.
So, our correct rival rewards + compensate from EA.

We defi deserve compensation. Efootball gives compensation for their mistakes. You ruined the black friday experience for me.
I think there will be compensation. People missed icon and hero sbc's because lack of fodders and coins. But the main question is, will they give the rewards before this friday? It will be so good if they can, because of thunderstruck promo and good content

We have been playing this game for a long time, we know EA. This is a load of BS and you shouldnt make these promises getting our hopes up. We all know EA will bury this and dont give us anything, as they usually do when it doesnt include store parck.

UFL comes out today! Keep your missing rewards, buggy game, lousy servers or whatever it is u could not be bothered fixing by spending a bit of the ton of money you make from the game.
Will be coming back to see if the rewards ever show up. My bet is that they won't. As have been the case many times before by the way.

today's rewards yes, 31/10 rewards no.
Received today's rivals rewards, still did not receive 28 NOV Elite division rival rewards, tomorrow Black Friday promo ends, still did not receive my rewards and I will miss some luck. If we dont get compensation, or at least get the rewards today. I will go crazy. Its unreal....
@thebmac84 In the German forum they just wrote that they can not tell when exactly we receive the rewards
@IvoryBraun I don't think there's a single person in this company that knows what they are doing
@IvoryBraun I got told this on the live help chat today, though I don't really believe anything they tell us, and he was unable to give me any sort of timeframe.
