@EA_Vendcera And yet just a date at the end of the day that could be extended if EA chose to put its customers first. I appreciate your replies, I’m indeed frustrated, I’ve never been aware of this cut off in the past presumably as I’ve always preordered in previous years so never encountered it, but was unable to do so this year. Just seems a ridiculous date given how close it is to Christmas (or a very business savvy decision if I was being cynical). I suspect there’s more than a few disappointed parents & kids out there that've fallen foul of this cut off.
