Re: I accidentally purchased Points on FC 24 Instead of FC 25

I recently purchased an EA FC Points gift card, thinking it was for EA FC 25. Unfortunately, I mistakenly redeemed it for EA FC 24. I intended to use these points for EA FC 25, and I realized the error after redeeming the code.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Is there a way to transfer the points to EA FC 25 or reverse the redemption so that I can use them for the correct game?
