@Finding_Walter this is one of those situations where you either ordered on time and just haven't received your item or you ordered late -- thinking you did so on time and you're not getting the item. I hope you're able to get your item! If not, then I'm afraid you might've pre-ordered too late ☹️

Yeah @Izzy_FUT_Dubs , I hope I was on time. It was a playstation glitch or something if I was to late, at first I received a fc24 ultimate edition copy wich I was already playing a whole year. So I needed to wait until I could talk to a playstation employee who said I would get my pre-order rewards, sad if this was the reason I did not get it.
In the attachment It shows when I received the wrong copy it and when I got my refund.
