Re-login to the FC 25 Companion App or Web App to start managing your Club

Were you playing on a different account by chance? If you're absolutely sure you played on this account, before August 1st, you're welcome to open a case with an advisor to see if they can verify this. Cases can be opened here.

Hi there, @meirelxs

In most cases, this means you're logging in with the wrong account. You can find the right one by looking at the account settings screen in FC 24. Make sure you're using the same email to log in as you see here.

Hey @EA_Aljo thanks for answering

I'm using the current account for example, I can log into the 24 mobile app with my ea account, so it should work on the 25 too, shouldn't it?

Did you log into your team on FC 24 before August 1st? That is also one of the requirements. All those details can be found here.
