Were you playing on a different account by chance? If you're absolutely sure you played on this account, before August 1st, you're welcome to open a case with an advisor to see if they can verify this. Cases can be opened here.

Its not letting me sign in. I have played on my ps5 last year on fc24 WITH a different email and account. I changed everything when I get my pc but ion see that being and issue? I'm logging in with my new account and a new email. I been trying for couple days and it keep on saying the same thing lol. Anyone know wsp?
