Are anyone facing the same problem as in this afternoon , i was opening my fc25 , and i kept log out as the it say cannot connect to ea server and i restart and uninstall and is it still the same , so i do the sbc things in fc companion, after several doing sbc , i get parmenent ban without any reason.
same here. we paid the money, played the game and they can ban me anytime without any reason and any evidence. then can i have my money back?

As a community manager, what you should have done was escalate this issue internally — it’s unacceptable for the customers.
can i know where to see the the live support team? Cause i couldnt check any of it. Or we can privately messsage them throught email?
What can you actualy do then? Because telling people to appeal and wait for half a month for a bad response when one seem to be unable to appeal since there's an error on the caracter insert limit (limiting you to write only 1 letter) isn't helping at all. Why don't you escalate this internaly to a manager or a supervisor if there's this issue going on, just by looking at the forum there's alot of people complaining about the same issue. Do anything instead of telling people to wait and waste time with useless costumer services...
