I was banned from the game today for no apparent reason. Around noon, I received an error when trying to log into Ultimate Team and was kicked out of the game. Then I received this email, stating that I definitely didn't cheat. What should I do?
You are not alone...because of all these disconnects EA accuses you for cheating "PROGRESSION_BOOST". We just played on the wrong day...
You can appeal the ban in here https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/penalty-history/ and wait just like us for them to realize this is a massive issue and announce how they are planning to solve it.
