Where are you trying to transfer the points? You can only do this on console/PC. Points cannot be transferred in the web/companion app.

Yes definitely the same account. If it was accidentally declined is there a way to get it back up?
Ah does that mean my points are stuck on EAFC 24?

Just been in contact with ea support apparently it’s a known issue about not being able to transfer points over and no option to do so being shown on console, they are apparently sorting it asap
I’ve tried raising a case 5 times and it takes the info then sends me to my cases and nothing new has appeared
Hey, I bought the 18500 points twice on EAFC 24 to transfer to eafc 25, but it never gave me the option to transfer? And I tried on ps4
I logged on on PS4. I had bought 18500 FIFA points for eafc 24 twice before earlier. It never gave me the option to transfer. I was nervously waiting for it, and made sure not to click anything without looking at it well to make sure it wasn't that.
I couldn't have missclicked.
I tried the link to make a case but it's not letting me log in even though I reset and made sure to have the right password.
I have tried to transfer 12k points from fc 24 but I didn't get the option when logging into fc 25
Hello it’s I brought 5900 of ea fc 24 points but it’s not given me the option to transfer them when I loaded on it’s making me very angry and I didn’t decline it I made sure please can you just help I done it on my Xbox why is it always so difficult
I pressed the button to transfer them from eafc24 to eafc25. But they did not transfer over.
After opening eafc24 the 18.5k points were still there. Please help. This was my biggest points purchase yet.

I've had the same issue, did not transfer my 5900 fifa points over and now I can't find out how to contact anyone to get it sorted
Shambles been trying to get a hold of people since 9am this morning, contacted Microsoft and requested a refund and they declined it said it’s EAs issue.

Relaying the message from one of our EA Community Managers below from this thread.Hey everyone,
Here is some clarification about the FC Points transfer from EA SPORTS FC™ 24 to EA SPORTS FC™ 25 that we want to share:
- The only way to transfer your FC Points from EAS FC 24 is by logging on to EAS FC 25 on your console or PC. You can’t carry over your points using the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps.
- The first time you log in to any of the modes in EA SPORTS FC™ 25, a pop-up message will appear to give you the option to transfer your points.
- Whether you choose to transfer the FC Points or not, that decision is not reversible.
- If you aren't sure yet, you can select "Remind me Later," and this message will pop up again the next time.
- If you transfer the FC Points and then charge new FC Points in FC 24, you won't be able to transfer them again to FC 25.
- You can only transfer FC Points from EAS FC 24 to EAS FC 25 on the same console family.
If you still have points in FC 24 and Customer Service confirms they can't help you with the FC Points transfer, unfortunately, there's nothing else we can do to help you from here.

So if we have asked for the points we've paid for to be transferred, and the game hasn't transferred them, we're just expected to take the hit?
