I pressed the button to transfer them from eafc24 to eafc25. But they did not transfer over.
After opening eafc24 the 18.5k points were still there. Please help. This was my biggest points purchase yet.

I've had the same issue, did not transfer my 5900 fifa points over and now I can't find out how to contact anyone to get it sorted
Shambles been trying to get a hold of people since 9am this morning, contacted Microsoft and requested a refund and they declined it said it’s EAs issue.

Relaying the message from one of our EA Community Managers below from this thread.Hey everyone,
Here is some clarification about the FC Points transfer from EA SPORTS FC™ 24 to EA SPORTS FC™ 25 that we want to share:
- The only way to transfer your FC Points from EAS FC 24 is by logging on to EAS FC 25 on your console or PC. You can’t carry over your points using the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps.
- The first time you log in to any of the modes in EA SPORTS FC™ 25, a pop-up message will appear to give you the option to transfer your points.
- Whether you choose to transfer the FC Points or not, that decision is not reversible.
- If you aren't sure yet, you can select "Remind me Later," and this message will pop up again the next time.
- If you transfer the FC Points and then charge new FC Points in FC 24, you won't be able to transfer them again to FC 25.
- You can only transfer FC Points from EAS FC 24 to EAS FC 25 on the same console family.
If you still have points in FC 24 and Customer Service confirms they can't help you with the FC Points transfer, unfortunately, there's nothing else we can do to help you from here.

So if we have asked for the points we've paid for to be transferred, and the game hasn't transferred them, we're just expected to take the hit?

Opened fc25 yesterday and said to confirm the transfer. But the points didn't come with! Please I paid 135 euros for this and it just didn't work properly. I've been waiting for 24 hours on a live chat - @YouWantSam I'm afraid so

so your support team cant transfer points from a previous version. i feel like thats a slight lie. like your billion pound company cant access to transfer the points. even tho your server were the technical reason why i couldnt transfer the points. so now im out on 25000 fc points. with all the supports saying "theres nothing we can do"

How can i open the case? You keep redirecting us to different topics without the ability to chat, or even send an email to support. Every time a chose a topic i get redirected to an article without the ability to post anything.

- FAO Community Manager, EA Help suggested I post this on here so you can possibly feed back, but they lost access to the tools used to transfer points from FC24 to FC25 8 days ago and clearly there’s some frustrated customers who got the game for Christmas who cannot access their points despite playing before 31st Dec. Tools can be reinstated, but there needs to be the will to provide the Customer Support required. Bit disappointed that nobody seems to be able to escalate the issue. Happy to chat.
Apparently i wasn't aware that points purchased with money directly from the app had an expiry date for transferring. Another trick by EA to force loyal customers to buy points.
You really believe that they lost the ability? They disabled it on purpose. Greedy company.
