How do you delete your squad in the companion app, I can get into my squad but I can’t find a delete option.

Neither worked for me. I can get in to UT but every time I try to do anything i get a error disconnect message and go back to the previous screen. on PS5.

Hey I want to state my problem, I’m on pc and steam platform yesterday at night this weird bug started to appear until now, when opening ultimate team it lods a bit at first, does not enter and it crashs, always at the same time in the same way, tried to fix files and everything , no results. ( btw all other mods are working fine so it’s not related to my pc

i didnt help since yesterday i tried this like 10 times i didnt help idk what to do. i deleted my team on the web app again and again and still everytime i log into UT my game crashes and i get kicked out. i just want to play that mide and just that mode doesbt go its so *.

I'm having the same issue as well. UT was working perfectly fine until the servers went down then i started having that problem.

Does this mean I will lose the players I've bought and have to start from scratch.?

If you do follow this video then no you will keep your players

Hey everyone,

our team is still working on a fix for this issue, but in the meanwhile try these steps as a workaround. There are also some video guides in previous posts, if that helps.

1. From Squad Management, remove your active Squad and create a new one.
2. Check if one of your players on the bench is also in the SBC Duplicate Storage.
   • If yes, send it to your Club and try to start a new game.

Hello there,

I cant play any matches, do sbc‘s or even swap my goalkeeper in one of my team. At the end there will always be a an error message […] Communication error with ut servers. Pls try again later. 
All in all, I cant do anything in UT.

I played alot of games with a friend on saturday. I get that it could be a softban. However, he is able to finish matches or do sbc‘s. Its more than 24h ago that we finished our last game.

What is this ?

Every time I go to play fc 25 ultimate team it keeps saying there is an error and kicks off and won’t let me play had this issue for 5 days now ? 

When i go to play squad battels rivals anything in ultimate after few minutes i got kicked out for reason unable to connect ea servers and check servers are not available and check your connection 

my connection is good 

can any one help me with this problem i just buy this game yesterday and i don't want to blame for it. 

I can’t play div rivals, squad battles or even make changes in my FUT team. When I’m trying, this pop up: “There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again.”

I have tried everything. This error has been occurring for almost 24 hours. Pls help!

I still have this issue! 

 I've been experiencing problems getting into ultimate team on fc25 on my xbox. Every time I try to enter ultimate team I am sent to the start page on the xbox and therefore need to start again. It came up that I needed to connect to the ea servers so I bought ea play and I already have xbox game pass core so I wonder what the problem is? It still does not work even with ea play. Other games works to play online.
