I got the exact same problem.
When I'm trying to login the companion app it says that I'm Signed into another device which is incorrect cause I can't login..

Same problem here i cant log in anywhere as the game crashes when going in to FUT on console and when i try to log in to web app or companion app it says i am already logged in to FUT. Such a * joke of a company we give our money to.
