I have recently bought the FC25 and I can’t connect to FC25 Ultimate Team on Nintendo Switch, every time i try to enter in the UT this message appears “ connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment you will now be returned to the main menu”. I can play online in Seasons but not in UT and Club. My internet connection is good and i have tried other accounts still the same error! Please help!
It has been 2 days and every time I want to enter UT it says cant connect to Ea servers and I cant even open web app. IM on pc pls someone help
Just happened to me. I made a new team with custom tactics and it crashes every time I load ultimate team and I can't access the companion app to delete my new team either as it says im logged in on my console. I can't log out coz I can't get in.
FC25 ultimate team kept crashing each time I loaded it. It was due to my tactics that I saved looking in forums. I wasn't able to log into the companion app to delete the team. However I thought about this and logged into FIFA 23 and then I was able to use the FC25 companion app as it would of logged me out of my console. I deleted the team and then it let me back on FC25 on my console. Phew. 45 mins panic over. I feel for the ones who's been down days. Hope this helps someone else.
