I have the same problem encountered.

• Platform: PS4
• Summary of Issue: Cannot buy fc points due to mismatch between country and region. Bought 1000 FC points throught the PS store and it has not been added to my FC25 game. 
• Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 10/28/2024 from Switzerland
• Your PSN and EA account region: Both USA
• Game version (digital download or box version): Disk
• Store: MediaMarkt (Switzerland)
