Red Card now squad won’t save and get kicked out
Happening last 3 hours now , cant do anything other than rush

Hi,
My friend had the same issue and I found a fix.
Go into you squad. Then go to squad selector and delete the current squad. You should be able to play once the squad is deleted.
Hope this helps!
Once any player gets the red card, please put that player into Reserved (DO NOT sent to club) and play one game. It will remove Red card from that player.
