Relegated from div 6 to 5 without playing a game

I’ve been relegated from division 5 to division 6 a few days ago without playing a game! I’ve also got rewards from div 5 last week. I wanted to play a game of coop and started a match. I noticed that I suddenly am in division 6 and when Ive sent the invite I was in division 5. And completely at the beginning of the division. It’s not a visual glitch because after that I did play a game and the progress counted for div 6. Ive got everything recorded.

reached out to ea help but they couldn’t help me with that. 

It’s crazy that all the hard work and the little spare time I have I put into getting div 5 and its just gone like that and they cant help me with that. 

anyone familiar with this problem or is there anyone from ea on this so they can help and compensate me?
